2. Services Provided

Orka tours and travels offers private chauffeur services, airport transfers, hourly car hire, point-to-point transfers, and event transport services across Kerala.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and taxes are charged extra.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received on time.
• Extra waiting charges will be applied for any delays in flight arrivals/train arrivals etc.
   

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance and the admin charges will be deducted.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be applied with a cancellation fee (100% , no refunds allowed).
• No-shows are non-refundable.
   

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and vehicles. Smoking, eating, and excessive alcohol consumption are not allowed in the vehicles.

6. Liability

We strive to provide safe and reliable service but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse or tamper with any part of our websites or services. Any unauthorized attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, images, and logos — is the property of Orka tours and travels and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
